.::风吹过的痕迹::.

虽然几乎感觉不到,但是事实上来大学已经有一个多月了. 这一个月嘛...怎么说呢? 应该说自己一直都在调整状态吧,毕竟按照我们系老大演讲的说法, 我这一个学期都应该时在调整状态. 月中的时候我倒是发现了我们系的一个学习室,一个电脑实验室,和一个休息室(而且都是私用的哦~)..呵呵,于是乎这下半个月每天晚上我的时光就花在了学习室和实验室里面. 虽然说其中有一部分原因是因为我在rez下载过多网络被限制了(冤枉啊..T_T), 但是总的来说这两个星期的收获确实不小, 最起码一个星期要交的assignment在星期三之前就全部完成了..照这个进度下去我应该能够稳住而不落后吧... 呵呵,总之晚上去了学习室之后心里感觉都挺踏实的.(嘿嘿,不要说我开始变成学习狂了...我该玩的游戏也玩了,星期五也花了一个下午运动)

 

算一算已经有两个星期没有回家了,正好碰上了这个周末的感恩节,于是乎~就回家看看父母了(顺便好好的睡一觉)...结果是第2天早上还没睡醒某"T"一个电话过来把我叫醒,说是某J来Toronto了,想要聚会一下. 呵呵,后来的过程大家从我上传的那些少得可怜的照片中应该可以看出来了吧...地点是在我们的usual聚集点:James家还有毕业的时候去过的一个Jap自助餐. 而人物呢...就是我,James, Jimmy, Jason, Thomas, 还有Hugh. 做过的事情嘛...嘿嘿嘿,除了拉家常...无意间还发现了James他妈妈新购置的一套Karaoke装备,于是乎我们就开始了一个下午的狼嚎(除了某J,这个家伙从来就不参与...唉,可怜的孩子).

 

恩恩,其实这个周末最欣慰的就是看到父母还有久别的朋友啦~现在回到了UW(感觉好像是在说...现在回到了现实中),又可以继续在SE的苦海里奋斗了..哈哈哈~~

 

p.s:大家注意看看Thomas的独照..虽然不知道为什么,但是他这张独照就是让我联想到了机器猫...而且当时大家一致同意了....^o^

对了,今天是某MM的18岁生日也...我开始居然忘了(或者说根本不清楚-_-|| 敲头ing...)...呵呵,隔了个几万公里的我也没有什么好给的了,恩..如果你看到了的话啊(懒觉睡起来了之后...)在此祝你生日快乐!!

 

另外祝你明年的这个时候也能像我现在这样享受着大学的折磨...哈哈哈~

大家都说北美这里的人比较有创意,我说这里人的创意高到并不需要体现在广告,产品,或者游戏上...比如说这个东东:

 

恩,这是我今天在等电梯的那个小房间里面边上告示板上看到的. 而照片是用手机照下来的,效果不怎么好,我再打出来一次:

 

HOW TO USE CROSSWALK:

Step 1: Arrive at University Ave. crosswalk.

Step 2: Verify that walk sign is not currently displayed.

Step 3: If it is being displayed, you may proceed to corss street.

Step 4: If a red hand is being displayed, it is not safe to cross street, you must proceed to step 5.

Step 5: Locate cross walk activation button.

Step 6: Walk towards activation button, and prepare to press the button.

Step 7: Align hand on the horizontal axis to the button, while assuring that your hand is perpendicular to the button's surface.

Step 8: While keeping hand in the alignment of step7, apply a direct horizontal force of a minimum of 20 Newton while assuring that you do not excced a force of 500 Newtons.

Step 9: Once you have applied the force mentioned in the range above for approximately 0.549 seconds, you may now remove your hand from the surface of the button.

Step 10: The crosswalk button has now been properly pressed.

Step 11: The white walk symbol will now be displayed within 20 seconds, if not then repeat steps 7 - 9  while ensuring that you respect the previously mentioned force ranges.

Step 12: Once the white walk symbol has been displayed you may now cross the street.

Step 13: You have now used the crosswalk successfully. Congratufuckinglation!

 

呵呵,写这篇东东的人原意应该是教育我们这些jaywalkers要用过马路的指示灯而不是去跟机动车抢车道, 但是这篇东东却被作者写成了一篇看似跟原意没有任何关联的"How to use corsswalk?". 虽然通篇使用了机械性的语言, 但是不知道为什么我看着看着就想笑...呵呵,或许正是因为这种机械性的语言,间接的制造出了一种讽刺的语气...而这种语气从最初的题目里面就可以看出来了. 当然, 如果谁没有看出来的话...读到最后一行的"Congratufuckinglation" 也应该恍然大悟了吧. 赞一个啊~

^^ I don't know how many people have told me this "Get a space!" yea, having been told by ...many people, it kinda sound like "Get a life!" So here it goes, "HEY EVERYONE, I'M GETTING A SPACE~"

 

University life has actually started rolling about two weeks before this blog is written, so I guess those two weeks might be empty in the blogs. But no matter...I have uploaded more than 100 photos, just to fill up and backup the month of July 2006, when I went back to China(It was one of the best times I had in a few years). And my unversity life @ blog is about to begin(although I have no idea how frequently I write it, but hey...this is a start).

 

Anyway, this weekend Jason and I will be staying at Waterloo while James ...(*Shaking fist*) is gonna have fun in Toronto. I hope this won't be too much of a boring weekend, although my parent's visit tomorrow is probably going to be fun(...food...).^^

 

Ah, I'm hungry now, gonna bike all the way to MKV and get some food from jason.
